depending on the day thats ALWAYS sometimes ill be availible alot earlier though


Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why: im from a guild where we worked with dkp with lootcouncil, and they tought us to pass on gear if someone else needs it more, gear comes with time and it comes and goes with expansions, what you do defines who you are as a character. 9/10 it should go to player b, depending on the situation i.e. who's more valuable to the raid, who's been there longer or who is new, and if one is a trial or not

Ok so you say you know your Spec 10/10, Lets get started. Gearwise i think you know what the problems are, Not Expertise cap, And not taking advantage of the Orc Axe/Fist Racial. I assume this isn't on purpose so i'll overlook it, Sometimes gear doesn't drop and we can all understand that, moving on. My real concern is your Spec, I'm assuming your Secondary Spec is your raiding spec and your Primary spec is your Pvp Spec Even though your Pvp Spec could use some tweaking but you Apped for Raiding not PvP so i won't discuss it. First of All I call into question 3/3 Improved Shields, Simming and Testing shows (And just looking at how much Lightning Shield does) That one extra Point into Improved Shields is a Waste, its a Very very low dps increase and the Only reason we have it in the first place is because we are forced to do so to move further down our talent tree. Another thing i call into question is 1 Point into Improved Fire Nova, I'd like to see your reasoning for this point, It seems like a waste, Fire Nova and our AoE damage in General is not that good and we barely have to or want to put it into use. Its a talent that is used in situations that rarely come up. Points it would surely be put into better use would be Rebervation, With 2/2 Points into this talent we have one of the best Interrupts in game, And i can tell you that in raids we are asked to interrupt quite a lot. Also with the Downtime we now have with our Dps, More shocks equal more damage in all situations. And keeps in Sync with Unleashed Elements. Also your Glyphs, I don't see the reasoning behind Glyph of Hex, Even in heroics our CC doesn't time out and it should be pretty obvious from this post why i disagree with Glyph of Fire Nova, Better Glyphs would be Stone claw Totem for survivability, there are lots of times when you have to help negate incoming damage due to Boss mechanics and this Glyph helps alot, And also Healing Stream totem to help you and your raid survive longer. And if i am mistaken, if your Primary Spec is indeed your Raiding Spec, We have much much more to discuss.

i totally simmed out my reverberation and it wasn't a dps gain for me it just threw my rotation hella off and rushed everything, but i do understand it for the interrupt and seeing as this content asks for more things along those lines i can see where your coming from and will address this, i took imp fire nova because it would put out more overall damage on fight. and TO ME personally 15% MORE chance for a lightening bolt to hit compared to 1 more percent of critical strike, i personally am going to take the lb proc, but as an enhancement shaman you'll notice that different people get different numbers especially because i don't use shock and awe or any rotation giving addon. for me i dont believe they designed the game to be successful with only one comp of one group with only one set of specs, in other words, im not a cookie cutter, also about the expertise cap good call, i checked this site i was reading on and i just ran through it, it said that WITH unleashed rage we only needed 18, i thought we ONLY needed 18 its 26 or 18 with the 8 from unleashed rage, it was an honest mistake i promise QQ

^What are you talking about here, i think you misunderstood something i said, please read again, What talent gives us a 15% increased chance for lighting bolt to hit? And Please take these applications responses seriously, don't use words like QQ. It doesn't make your rotation feel rushed at all, it makes sure you can always use your shock on downtime. That talent doesn't speed up any other skill. A Better choice if you wanted to increase your Fire nova would be to go into Call of Flame, I still don't agree with going into AoE because its solely situational and our AoE is lacking in the first place, but with Call of Flame you still get the 20% Fire Nova AND Fire Totem Damage, which adds to both AoE and Single Target, but the damage increase is still small. Also a mistake is a mistake but if you are reading something that has an important impact on your dps and you are rushing through it believing whatever you read as true without a second thought then there is a problem. Mistakes like that are not for someone who claim to score a 10 on knowing their spec.

Thanks for the pointers, ill go change up to elemental precision resim and try to work with it, since you mentioned it. ill check my glyphs too.

also i got confused as to what i was referring too, i was talking about the lightening shield prob not 15% for lightning bolt, irreguardless the points are better spent in the shock reduction as you said, if you check my spec and glyphs everything should be up to par now

also, i have 2 fist weapons now, my expertise should be capped

I didn't mention Elemental Precision....i think you are getting talents and skills mixed up again.

Your gear is missing enchants.

You need to replace mining to a crafting profession to increase DPS.

If you aren't running mass heroics, you should be, since you're still wearing greens. Or buy crafted items to replace some 333s, etc.
