• BC: Kara, Mags, Gruls, ZA, and TK
• WotLK: Naxx, OS, Maly, Uld, ToC, ToGC, ICC

On a scale of 1-10 how well do you know your class/spec (Be Honest): I would give myself a 7. I still have stuff to learn, master, and I need to max my DPS better. Even then I will always have more items to research, learn, theorycraft, and ways to increase my DPS.

Do you use your keyboard to turn? Do you use your mouse to click on your spells? No and only a few items; mounting, buffs, and select tomes and items I do not use in raids often.

Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why:
• If player A and B have been raiding the same amount of time and both are active then I would think Player B unless the guild has different loot rules.
• If player B is new to the guild or is less active then player A then player A should have the loot unless they choice to pass it to player B.

Great Ele shaman, and incredibly smart raider! Has been a high-end officer in Axiom for a really long time and really knows his stuff.

Drop mining for a 2nd crafting profession, probably alchemy.

Your unbuffed haste is way too high, you should have started changing 12sp10haste gems to 23sp a while back. You want 1k unbuffed hasted, youre sitting at 1165. You will notice a dps increase when you drop it down to 1000 and gem more SP.

You're using glyph of flame shock which is absolute garbage compared to glyph of lava. the crit bonus from flame shock is not as good as more damage from your lava burst. you should replace that asap and you will notice a dps increase. you should also replace water walking or breathing with glyph of water shield so you dont have to recharge it as often.

start using elitist jerks instead of other shamans, or find better shamans to talk to.

I am planning on dropping mining for either alchemy or engineering in the future.

I was under the impression that I wanted to be at 1200 unbuffed hasted. I headed over to Elitist Jerks, MMO last night, plugged my info into ZAP! Spreadsheet, and another sim. Looks like with my current gear I want to have my unbuffed haste be around 1025-1050. Thanks for pointing this out to me; I switched up my gems after the raid last night.

Tonight after the raid, I switched out the glyph of flame shock for glyph of flametongue weapon as it’s a DPS increase over glyph of lava until my spell power is above 4.3-4.5k. As for my minor glyphs I switch them out a lot, but I will make sure I have glyph of water shield when raiding.

You are forgetting that wrath of air gives you 200, so you only need the 1000. How far off of that are you now after switching gems out?

My haste is down to 1105 after switching out my gems. I look at upgrades, I will keep an eye on my haste (still a little to high) and crit (still a little low).
