I would like to be a part of a close knit raiding group for progression through content in Cataclysm

mostly WoTLK content, I lead 10- man ICC/ToC groups, but due to tight situations, i had to quit towards the end of LK. I cleared nearly every raid in LK, except ICC because I had to quit.

Occasionaly, i use WoWwiki, wowhead, Blizzard forums, Almost gaming, and guildies.

5 server to 12 server, on weekdays, weekends im mostly available

Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why: If it was me who won, i would give it to player B, so i think player B should have the loot

Your gear looks ok, unfortunately, its everything else that's the problem.

You're not hit capped, or even expertise soft-capped. I have no idea why you're gemming haste. On top of that, you're reforging hit into parry and mastery into dodge.
