Why are you interested in joining Merciless:

I am interested in a guild that is successful in end game content and that enjoys themselves while doing it. I dont care for GMs and officer who enjoy tearing into people for a mistake or two. Mistakes happen.

What do you think you will gain from joining Merciless:

Hopefully get some good friends, but if they are anything like crisscross im not sure =p, and a consistent raiding schedule

Yes. I try and make every raid that I can. Generally if I know when raids are I can make them. If I can not make them then I will say so before.

Depends on who is the more reliable raider. I think a point system should be used and more reliable raiders get gear first. If they want to pass that is their choice

Your gear is gemmed, with epics, yet you have an armor kit on your boots, and your cloak and weapon are not enchanted. If you don't have the money to get them gemmed properly then you will not have enough money to go through progression repairs each week.
