wo people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why: Its purely situational in my opinion, I've passed on loot many times. I dont know how loot works in merciless, But if player A out rolls player B, But player A already received a ton of loot and the upgrade is equal, In this case player A would pass to B.

If the situation were to be Player A just simply out rolls Player B, Better luck next time player B, and Player A shouldnt take gear over player B on the same raid night.
