Looking for a good raiding guild.

It will be nice to have a guild that works together. I will like to have help when I need it.

I will do what i can to help others in the guild when needed.

The guild that I am in has never worked together or did any raiding at all; so no I am not guild oriented, but I would like to be.

I am not on during the week that much, but i am completly open on weekends. If their is something going on at a specific time on weekdays I may be able to do it.
Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why:
I beleive rolling is the fairest way to win something. If it were me that was player A i would let player B have it because they need it and I don't.
