Why are you interested in joining Merciless: Interested in T5 content and want to raid with mature ppl
What do you think you will gain from joining Merciless: Knowlege on more raiding, bosses, some new friends and hopefully some epix
What do you think Merciless will gain from you joining: Super Heals and another fun guildie to be around
Do you consider yourself guild oriented and why: Yeah, i like to help ppl with quests or intances when they need it.

Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why: Player B because it's nice to keep the guild balanced with gear rather than having a squadof those who always get it.
