Do you consider yourself guild oriented and why: yes, most the guilds i join i end up very high ranked rather soon, im a great team player, i dont miss raid times, and i help with the guild bank

If you and another person of the same class were rolling on gear, and you won the roll, but it made more of an upgrade for the other person, who gets the gear: In my personal opinion an upgrade is an upgrade, and the winner of the roll is the winner, now if its not alot of an upgrade to the winner, and a massive upgrade on the other player, if they discussed it or the winner decided they didn't want it the next lowest roll should recieve it
