Hello All,
I was chatting with Ashuos about joining and he said he needed an app from me so here it is:

I use Omen/DBM/Recount/Quartz everything else is stock.
Post a link to a combat log parse for a recent raid you did (such as WOL/WMO/WWS): Don't have one on this character since I'm fresh to horde on this server and I haven't raided since prolly 2 months before the expansion.
Current Guild: Phish (some random guild I joined for the guild perks)
Previous Guild/s & Reason/s for leaving: Courage, DO WORK. I was part of the A team core of Courage which left to form DO WORK after Courage crumbled. I lost my raid spot in DO WORK due to inactivity and now i'm lookin for a fresh start on Horde side.
Why are you interested in joining Merciless: I've seen your players around and know your a good guild with good progression and your raid days/times are perfect for me.
What do you think you will gain from joining Merciless: Hopefully some good friends and good times killing dragons.
What do you think Merciless will gain from you joining: A really great overall player and a pleasant guildy.
Do you consider yourself guild oriented? Why?: Yes, because I'm a good team player and I enjoy the thrill of downing a boss with a solid group which has work hard together to accomplish something.

List ALL of your Raiding Experiences: I've cleared everything in the game since release except the new Cata raids obviously.
On a scale of 1-10 how well do you know your class/spec (Be Honest): I'm new to DK raiding, but I'm a quick learner and it won't take me long to get up to speed.
Do you use your keyboard to turn? Do you use your mouse to click on your spells? No and No.
Do you research your class? If so, how, and what resources do you use? Yes I use tankspot, arena junkies, mmo-champion.
Do you currently know anyone in Merciless: Not that I know of.
Do you have Ventrilo / DeadlyBossMods / Omen / Microphone (If no mic what is preventing you from obtaining one?): Yes I have all that
Do you have an authenticator (either cellphone/ipod touch or the key fob) ? Yes
List the start time and end time of your raid availability: I'm available for your current raid times.
Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why:
I think it depends on which player is most important to the raid and which needs the upgrade the most. For example if it's a healer or a tank and they are a great player being held back by gear who shows up 100% of the time, they should get it over a healer or tank who is better geared and shows up maybe 75% of the time.
