Ok so upon demand from my bro and suggestion from ash, ill repost an application

Current Guild: Night Fall
Previous Guild/s & Reason/s for leaving: Scrubs, gm pissed me off, and to many raiders wern't raid rdy, at least for 25man uld content
Why are you interested in joining Merciless: my bro, and i know for a fact that u r a capable and efficient, serious raiding guild.
What do you think you will gain from joining Merciless: able to do end of game content and a progression through Uld
What do you think Merciless will gain from you joining: Heals!, and a dedicated raider if u judge me good enough.
Do you consider yourself guild oriented and why: yes, well the only way to progressed in this game is to work together, the entire concept of guild.

Pre-BC/BC/Wrath Raiding Experiences: been playing for a lil over a year now (like my bro joneleth) did alot of raids of those but at lvl 80 so i consider it irrelevant
On a scale of 1-10 how well do you know your class/spec (Be Honest): 8 for enh, 7 for heals, 8 for elem altho i really dont like elementalist :S
Do you currently know anyone in Merciless:yes, Joneleth (RL brother), Kaznar (good buddy), Steakchop
Do you have Ventrilo / DeadlyBossMods / Omen: yes all of em, updating them often
List the start time and end time of your raid availability: if its the evening i should be able to raid all days since i work only in the mornings
Two people win the roll for the same piece of loot. Player A wins, but Player B will get a larger upgrade from the loot. Who do you think should get the item and why:
Well player B should have priority in my opinion for the benefice of every1, but need to keep in mind loot priority base on, your system wich is karma if my memory is good.
