Previous Guild/s & Reason/s for leaving: Raid Leads run mainly with RL friends through Progression content regardless of skill or gear. I spend most of my time toing the grunt work and dealing in the complaints department. While they are good people I see no progression in the future when new content arrrives.
**Also looking for a guild that does not use DKP and if so one that does not allow for the outright hording of points.
Previous Guilds include: Team Hero, The Velvet Lounge, Chasing Doom
Why are you interested in joining Merciless: Good People that are reasonable and like minded.
What do you think you will gain from joining Merciless: I hope to gain a couple of friends and the general joy of raiding with people and learning/teaching others to play and raid.
What do you think Merciless will gain from you joining: Skilled Raid Lead and Player.
Do you consider yourself guild oriented and why: Yes, I am unable to raid without the others in my guild so making sure others are geared and informed is priority as well as making sure everyone is happy (relatively).
Rank these in Order (Loot, Progression, Helping Others, Self, Friends): Helping Others followed closely by progression.
Pre-BC/BC/Wrath Raiding Experiences: All of the above. Raided with Merciless in BC.

Keep in mind the amrory does not show me in FP. My actualy unbuffed HP atm is 38K.

As I was in a hurry for the second app (first one didn't save) I didn't place the answer to some questions.
1. Yes DBM/Vent, I have all of the above as well as afew other unmentioned.
2. I'm not that concerned about the gear buit it should go to the player that needs the upgrade the most dependant upon Drop Rate/How big of an Upgrade/Attendance. While you need to make sure to gear everyone taking into account whether that player will even show up to progress in the future is a necessity imo. Hence it's up to your loot council to decide where the best placement for the loot is and an overwhelming understanding of the need to progress should come from both Player (A) and Player (B).
